Number of Coats & Thickness: Apply 2-3 coats of paint, aiming for a total dry film thickness of 40-60 μm.

Flash Time: Allow 5-10 minutes of drying time between each coat.

Application Method: Use a spray gun for applying the paint.

Nozzle Size:

For gravity spray guns, use a 1.2-1.4mm nozzle.
For suction spray guns, use a 1.3-1.5mm nozzle.

Spraying Pressure: Maintain a spreading pressure of 3-4 bar.

Spreading Visibility: Measure the spreading visibility using a Ford Cup #4 at 20 ºC, aiming for a range of 13-18 seconds.
